The Bavarian company Power-Heat-Set based in Toeging exports its heat setting machines all over the world. Carpet manufacturers from all corners of the world heat their yarn before manufacturing their carpets using the machines which are “Made in Bavaria”. If you have a carpet at home it is very likely that the yarn was heatset by these innovative machines.

However it is not only the Power-Heat-Set machines which travel worldwide but also Power-Heat-Set´s customers. For them there is a top modern technical support team available in Toeging including a machine for trial runs.

Power-Heat-Set offers its customers the possibity to convince themselves of the quality of the machines by operating trial runs. The customer service is made complete with our popular customer training offered by our qualified technical staff. It is nearly a daily occurrence that we have international visitors at our company and in the last 12 months we have had customers visiting us from 15 nations.

New developments are:

• For an improved runnability of the yarn to the coiler or the twinrollbox to ensure optimized winding after the heat set process our GVA 5009 eco has a One-Roll Capstan overfeed system
  
• To increase the cooling-down effect on the transport belts before re-entering the GKK and to minimize the heating-up of the belt rails the new GVA 5009 eco has a belt rail entrance with temperature insulation. The new belt rail entrance will avoid humidity loss of the yarn before the heat setting process as well as shrinking of the deposited yarn on the belt before entering the climate chamber.
   
• A complete new system for the entry and exit of the climate chamber prevents that steam escapes from the climate chamber, thus reducing the steam consumption considerably and at the same time achieving an even more efficient steam supply.
   
• New as well is the double insulation of the climate chamber to lower the energy loss. Thus the costs of electricity will be reduced and the double insulation will even have some influence on reducing the steam consumption.
   
• The new GVA 5009 eco will be available as well with a central cooling station to avoid dust being stirred up during the operation and with a better heat transport to the outside. As each position has its own fan, an individual control of each position will be possible.
