We are very proud that our customers perceive and appreciate our attention to their needs. The Bavarian company Power-Heat-Set based in Toeging exports its heat setting machines all over the world. Carpet manufacturers from all corners of the world heat their yarn before manufacturing their carpets using the machines which are “Made in Bavaria”. If you have a carpet at home it is very likely that the yarn was heatset by these innovative machines.
However it is not only the Power-Heat-Set machines which travel worldwide but also Power-Heat-Set´s customers. For them there is a top modern technical support team available in Toeging including a machine for trial runs.
Power-Heat-Set offers its customers the possibity to convince themselves of the quality of the machines by operating trial runs. The customer service is made complete with our popular customer training offered by our qualified technical staff. It is nearly a daily occurrence that we have international visitors at our company and in the last 12 months we have had customers visiting us from 15 nations.
