Today it is Valentine Day. In our company it is customary that all women get a bunch of flowers.

ITMA the world’s largest international textile machinery exhibition in Munich comes nearer.
Therefore we have a lot of work to do. Power-Heat-Set will have a informative booth there (hall/booth no. A5.300) the preparations are running up full speeds. The ITMA is a home game for us. Therefore we are glad that we can help our customers by some administrative activities. At the moment we are booking the hotel rooms for our customers. It seems that in September the half of Munich will be filled with Power-Heat-Set customers. This will be a very exciting time. We are looking forward to September. I will report you about this international meeting of our customers in Munich.

I was asked to tell something about our staff and I decided to start with myself:
I am our manangementassistant and responsible for marketing and trade fairs, human resource management, controlling, statistics and analyses, commission- and travel expense reports and organisations. My hobbies are hiking (I live near the mountains) and playing the guitar.
Last year I have married my partner after 20 years (!) intensive testing phase.
I love dogs. My last dog shared 18 years of my life. It was a lovely dachshund-mongrel.
The most time I am happy with my life!

Yesterday I searched through the mail order catalogue „OTTO” to find some chic clothes for me. Just imagine what I have found:
I found carpets from one of our biggest customers, Beaulieu International from Belgium. I know that Beaulieu produces good quality because they have their heatsetting machines from us but I didn’t know that we have the possibility to order their high quality carpets through one of the biggest mail order catalogues.
Because of this discovery I switched on my computer and took a glance at the other big mail order catalogues. And what did I find? You can order carpets from Beaulieu not only from OTTO but also from SCHWAB, Baur and QUELLE. I was deeply impressed about it.
After that I continued my original intention and rewarded myself with a beautiful dress. Waltraud Lederer

Our business partner Neumag opened with great success the “Carpet Competence Centre (CCC)”.This was also very exciting for us because the GVA 5000 beltversion (a heatsetting machine) which completed this CCC was produced by us.
Our managing director got the opportunity to give a technical lecture at the opening celebration. This technical lecture was so interested that the attendant specialised press asked to publicise this technical lecture in the March edition of melliand.
We are very proud about it!
